Okay so I've been using herbalife for a month now but I sometimes stop for like a day , then go back again, but even though I do that I can still see my body changing, my stomach is going flat :) ( yay!! cheers to that) , okay so here is my question.(?)
When Im done drinking herbalife ( I get the urge to snack on something, so Is it okay to snack on 2 to 1 mango/s ?
Will I gain weight by eating mango/s right after I drink herbalife?
to those who don't know mango/s ( its a fruit ) .-. just saying :) ( not trying to offend anyone)
or how about banana or apple, or skyflakes ( its like biscuits ). and..
I cant blend the banana because my thingy is broke again* so I just mix it with a spoon >_> ,
this is just a question :D a yes or a no, dont give me links ^_^y
Shouldn't be a problem having a mango or banana after the shake.
The bananas aren't good all of the time because of the fat. Mangoes are fine because of the fiber
While bananas have potassium in them and are good for you. One per day as otherwise you will definitely gain weight. The same goes for mangoes - a very delicious and nutritious fruit but to enjoy in moderation. I will use these fruits to blend in with my shakes. Makes them a little thicker and also will keep you from being hungry. Also remember to drink a lot of water and include your multi vitamins and cell activator.
