wanting to eat !!!

    Hi all.

    I've been on herbalife now for nearly a month. im 5ft 3 and weigh 9st 12 ,lost 4lb so far and goal weight 8st 7. My question is how do i get my mind of food ??? some days im fine i'll have 2 shakes a meal , 2 lts water and a couple cups of herbalife tea and im good to go. my 20 month old baby has me running round and i dont even think about food where as today for example all i can think of is food and wanting to eat. Time of the month is around the corner so im sure that doesnt help ... the scales havent changed now for 2 weeks and measurements have hardly changed this week too.

    My health however has improved no end, ibs for 10 years is under control and bowels are so much better. Energy is amazing and no afternoon sleeps are needed anymore. HAPPY DAYS !

    Please can i have tips on this and any advice on how to get the scales down and to stop snacking and thinking about food ??!!!

    I would just like to add my husband is doing it with me but more for health not weight loss so he'll have bowl of cereal and soup etc after his dinner which makes it hard for me not to eat it. All healthy food too.

    Hi Heidi. Get some of the Herbalife snack products and when you feel like snacking, have that instead of unhealthy or high calorie snack foods. Something else you can do is add some Personalized Protein Powder to your shakes which will help make you feel more full. And finally, drink lots of water throughout the day.

    I lose a lot of weight just taking the herbal tea after each meal or shake and really helps.
    You need to take the morning shake made just with pure water and nothing else. After like 20 mints you can take the herbal tea and lots of salad in the lunch time. Don't stay home go do some exercise. Do something. Afternoon take the total control snake and lots of water. The products cannot work in your body if you don't hidrate yourself.
    Good Luck. I lost 12 lbs in 2 mounths. Be radical and trust yourself!

    My snacks are cauliflower, celery, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers. It is hard to eat enough of that to gain weight.

    ive only used soya milk (alpro) to make my shakes i dont fancy water. the bars are really good and i think the protein powder makes a huge difference also
