Hi all
I came across Herbalife in 2001, got myself the ultimate package but gave up after the 3rd day as there were just too many pills to pop daily. I encountered the products a couple of months months again, and decided to give it another go! I am on Aloe, Herbal Concentrate, Shakes, Protein Powder, Multivitamins, Cell-u-loss, Cell Activator and Total Control. Been on the products daily since 26.12.10, though not weigh myself; i can feel the clothes are getting a little looser..
I would like to seek advise on how to maximise the results? ie when should i correctly consume the pills? and at what quantities? I have different advise- some mentioned to have the shake four times a day, with a full lunch or dinner, while some say replace a meal with 2 shakes. I am currently popping the pills at least 20mins before my shake/ meal. 1 litre of Herbal tea & aloe each is drink thorough the day ,with another 1.5- 2 litres of plain water consumed. (advise to have at least 4 litres of water daily) I am also intending to take up hot yoga to compliment the weight loss..
Can you please advise the rightful way to consume the products so that i can maximise the results?

Erin, ( my distributor ), wrote with a black sharpie on top of each pill what I needed to take for the day, and wrote it on paper. ( I'm prone to forget everything ) . So far, this has been great for me.
As for your input, I have 2 shakes a day with the following pills : Cell Activator ( 1 tablet, 2x a day ) , Multivitamin ( 1 tablet 3x a day ) , Total Control ( 2 @ 10 , 2 @ 2 ), Aminogen ( 1 tablet, 3x a day ), and Herbal Tea Concentrate ( 1/2 tsp per 8 oz., 2 - 4 glasses per day ) so for your tea, 4 x 16 oz ( say one normal glass ) = 64 oz. MAXIMUM of tea a day.
Personalized Protien Powder ( 1/2 tsp. per 5 grams, I usually add a spoonful after i mix my shake in the blender , and blend it in )
Water : take your body weight now, and divide by 2. Example : My body weight is 180 lbs. so i am suppose to take 90 oz or 5 glasses a day ( MINIMUM )

You are in good shape! KEEP at it!! :-). Must i say avoid McDonalds or Fast Food restruants for a while? They 're not good for you anyway.. : - (
